摘要
Finding and retaining qualified employees is among the most important management tasks. Monitoring of the key employees is an essential prerequisite for successful human capital management. The goal of this paper is to identify the current trend of the most competitive companies in the Czech Republic based on the monitoring of key employees. Furthermore, the paper aims to answer a research question relating to the existence of a correlation relationship between monitoring of the key employze and enterprise size by number of employees. The goal of the survey research was to map the current state of the investigated problematic and its trends. The methodology of this paper is based on T-test analysis. The basic sample for the survey encompassed the most prevalent sectors found in the first 100 most significant companies in the Czech Republic. The overall comparison of acquired data presents current trends in human capital management and provides the answer to the research question. The results indicate the possible use of modern technologies for more effectively monitoring of the key employees in the form of enterprise social networks. Furthermore, the use of the latest trends, innovations in technology for managers doing have been discussed, to achieve effective leadership and present the vision for the future research. This paper tries to highlight the fact that it is necessary to follow the latest technology and adopt new sophisticated tools to ensure effective human capital management.
