摘要：
In this paper, the labor productivity of an amendment to the location entropy, according to measure of the degree of industrial agglomeration, and taking all industries in Hebei Province as an example, measuring the degree of industrial concentration. Then analyzing the current situation caused by the reasons for the industrial agglomeration; Finally, we think Hebei Province industrial restructuring should focus on the development and optimization of the second industry cluster, and thus providing the basis for the development of tertiary industry.
