摘要
We review recent progress on PLC technologies for large-scale integration. We focus on three topics: the reduction of the switching power of thermo-optic switches, the hybrid-integration of chip-scale-package (CSP)-PDs for optical channel monitoring, and the hybrid integration of LiNbO(3).
