摘要：
The author examines the opportunities of the eradication of sarcoptic mange in pigs. Diagnosis and evaluation of the severity of the disease is possible on the basis of lesions found in the ears and over the body, rubbing and slaughterhouse findings. He presents in details PigMon(R) program, applied in Australia, which is applicable for the diagnosis and evaluation of severity of more diseases, based on the results of slaughterhouse examinations. He analyses damages caused by mange and on the basis of his own results, the methods of eradication.
