摘要
We demonstrate a pulsed Nd:YAG laser Q-switched by a monolayer graphene. The monolayer graphene is fabricated by the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method, and then transferred onto the facet of SiO2 to construct a saturable absorber (SA). The Q-switched largest output power of 266 mW, the maximum repetition rate of 436 kHz, and the narrowest pulse duration of 753 ns have been obtained when the pump power is 3W. (C) 2015 Elsevier GmbH.
