摘要：
The formation of college sports interest and the factors affecting the development of several stages are analyzed, the combination of teaching in class and the development process, cultivating students' interest in sports, the method for improving college students of sports and the experience of a project, forming the lifelong interest, develop the habit of exercising plays an active role.
