摘要：
Based on the characteristics of emerging technical enterprises, this paper starts from the aspect of enterprises' financial strategy and regards the innovative financing form of Off-balance sheet financing as analysis object. It makes analysis on how emerging technical enterprises integrate innovative financing modes in financial strategy to optimize asset-liability structure and raise the efficiency of financial management. In addition, it uses cases to further interpret the importance and urgency of the research on and application of new-type financial strategy to the development of emerging technical enterprises in coexistence of kinds of innovative financing forms.
