摘要
The goal of best in class shift quality is central to the development and optimization of a vehicle drivetrain. A simulation tool based on ADAMS was developed to enable the determination of the parameters that most influence shift quality, and to enable drivetrain optimization. The presentation describes the models for the transmission's external and internal shift mechanism, synchronizers and vehicle drivetrain. It also! introduces the measurements used for model validation and typical results determined through parameter studies.
