摘要
As a new approach of online education, large open online course (Mu Class, MOOC) has been introduced for the higher education system, which has large impact on the construction courses related to database. By reforming traditional teaching concepts and teaching methods, new demands arise in the current era. "Database System Principles" is one of the core subjects in the field of computer science. Taking the "Database System Principles" course as an example, this paper analyzes the necessity of the hybrid teaching mode. It discusses the project-based hybrid teaching model construction and teaching system in the MOOC environment, introducing the detailed design of offline teaching activities and the evaluation mechanism based on process assessment. Practice shows that the hybrid teaching mode in the MOOC environment effectively improves the quality of teaching, which is extensively favored by students. Additionally, some other teaching methods to improve the teaching effect are also discussed in this paper.
