OCT Precoding for OFDM-based Indoor Visible Light Communications

摘要
An orthogonal circulant matrix transform (OCT) precoding scheme is proposed for indoor visible light communications. We show the proposed scheme has much reduced complexity but exhibits comparable performance with adaptive bit and power loading.
