摘要
In the optimization design of machine tool spindle, an improved genetic algorithm is proposed in this paper. Through the analysis of the specific structure of the spindle and the specific force and deformation in the process of machine tool processing, a mathematical model of the genetic algorithm optimization design of the spindle is established in accordance with the actual use of the spindle. Genetic algorithm has the advantages of good adaptability and faster convergence to the optimal solution. The coding methods and genetic operators are improved to compensate for their limitations. In this paper, a real coded scheme and an improved genetic operator are adopted to optimize the structural design of the spindle. This paper introduces the main steps and process optimization design, through the example of CNC machine tool spindle design of Shenyang Machine Tool Co. Ltd. The experimental data show that the method can quickly find the global optimal solution and verify the feasibility and practicality of the method.
