摘要
Total work burden of hospital increases because older citizen group who need more medical care is growing up in Taiwan. However, the medical care resource of government budget is limited in recent year. Under this situation, hospital service quality maybe reduces through reduction of average medical care resource for each patient occurs in Taiwan. This study develops a framework to analyze and evaluate service quality performance of hospital in Taiwan by applying TOPSIS method with interval type-2 fuzzy sets. An example for the evaluation of hospital service quality will be presented to illustrate the computational process of the proposed method.
