摘要
Trichoblastoma (TB) is an infrequent, generally benign neoplasm arising from the germinative hair bulb with induction of mesenchymal stroma and with no adverse outcomes such as relapses, metastasis, or death. We report 2 cases of false-negative tumor-free margins after Mohs micrographic surgery (MMS) for aggressive TB.
