This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the general EPC contractor model applied in a large-scale refinery construction project, summarizes the owner's leading EPC management in the Dushanzi refinery construction project, such as the EP+C mode, PC mode, E+P+C model, and introduces corresponding vendor management initiatives integrated content of the abstract in your paper should include the brief introduction of research intention, method, result and conclusion.
