摘要
in spite of very high enzyme activity in the rumen, the utilization of grass silage was limited due to insufficient endo-beta-1,4-glucanase activity (Wallace et al., 2001). Further low digestibility of fibrous material in the ruminant can limit production performance and increase the cost of production. Hence, present experiment was undertaken to evaluate the effect of enzyme treatment of roughage on rumen fermentation and nutrient utilization in goats.
