摘要
A hydroxyl Schiff base molecule was synthesized from tetra-ethylenetetramine and 4-nitrosalicylaldehyde and explored as an ionophore with ionic liquid, cation excluder in PVC membranes showing remarkable sulfate selectivity; the optimal recognition site was predicted by density function theory (DFT) simulation.
