摘要
The manganese monoselenide solubility in alpha-CuInSe2 has been determined by studying phase equilibria in the CuInSe2-MnSe systein using differential thermal analysis, x-ray diffraction, microstructural analysis. and microhardness measurements. At room temperature, the alpha-CuInSe2-based solid solution extends to 46 mol % MnSe.
