摘要：
This paper presents a two-step mechanism for the voluntary provision of public goods based on charitable lotteries. I demonstrate under which conditions agents donate lottery prizes which can substantially increase public C Good provision compared to a voluntary contribution mechanism. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V.
