摘要：

World financial and economical crisis have influenced almost all municipalities in the Czech Republic and also in the Europe. Crisis has resulted in drop off of tax incomes of municipalities. According latest predictions, municipalities in the Czech Republic will have total deficit of their budgets 14,7 milliard CZK. The aim of this contribution is to outline reasons of upraise of deficit budget of municipalities and compare it with managing recourses of a state. At the end there is outlined prediction of state budget of year 2010 and possible solution off drop of tax incomes.
