摘要：
The article analyzes factors affecting road traffic safety, studies vehicle speeds on the roads of Lithuania, gives a comprehensive study of the effect of driving speed on road traffic safety, generalizes special investigations of driving speeds in Lithuania and describes the results of implementing automated speed enforcement systems. Conclusions and recommendations are suggested.
