Catheter-based Mitral Valve Replacement (TMVI) useful if MV Reconstruction or MitraClip not possible?

摘要
Etwa die Halfte der Patienten mit schwerer Mitralinsuffizienz ist nicht fur eine Therapie mit konventionellen chirurgischen Verfahren geeignet (Mitralklappenrekonstruktion, -ersatz oder Clip bei TEER). Fur sie konnte das minimalinvasive Verfahren der Transkatheter-Mitralklappenimplantation (TMVI) eine effektive Behandlungsalternative darstellen, da es sich individuell an die Patientenanatomie anpassen lasst.
