摘要
This study extends the existing literature of users' acceptance of business intelligence technologies by proposing a comprehensive model integrating personality five factors model (FFM) and technology acceptance model (TAM) to investigate the intention to use business intelligence (BI) tools to support business decision making. We expect that this study will present an example of the integration between FFM and TAM to provide a better understanding about the relationship between personality and intention to use within the context of BI.
