Influence of polystyrene coating on the photo-degradation of amorphous silicon

摘要：
The effect of light soaking on the boron doped and undoped a-Si:H samples is studied after coating them with a thin film of polystyrene. We find that in both cases, the photo-degradation is reduced. This can be understood if, in addition to the bulk, light soaking affects the surface also. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
