摘要
Considering transient stability control measures for current power system is time consuming and difficult to apply online, a WAMS-based control strategy is presented. In the first, the data column provided by WAMS is used to obtain the future trajectory of each generator's power angle delta after fault by numerical processing. Then, a new idea of calculating disturbance power based on prediction is realized. The severity of the disturbance is judged by using SFR model. In the third step, optimal locations and magnitude of the load curtailments have been decided according to a dynamic voltage stability index (V-index), computed at each load bus. Load shedding is taking action before the system collapse. And finally system operation condition after a fault and voltage stability margin is optimized through the intelligent algorithm. The simulation on IEEE-14 system shows though these steps, the system transient stability and voltage stability is ensured after fault and it realize the system's global/local online control.
