摘要
As the core and foundation of safety culture, safety and values not only affects the behavior of individuals, but also affects group behavior and the entire organizational behavior. At present, a number of coal mine accidents occur frequently in China, one of the decisive factor is the values of paranoia of mine employees. Therefore, in order to radically reduce coal mine accidents, we must establish the correct value of security.
