摘要
The disk-drum rotor systems with disks, shafts and drums are used widely in large rotating machines such as gas turbine, aircraft engine and so on. The existing study for the rotors always neglected the influence of the drums. This paper establishes a rigid rotor model with flexible supports for the disk-drum rotor system and analyzes its dynamic characteristics. The equations of motion are developed using the shell theory and energy expressions, where bearing stiffness-damping and deformation of the drum are included. Based on the proposed model, the natural frequency and vibration modes are obtained. The analysis involves the vibration behavior of the drum with respect to the geometric parameters (i.e., radius, length and thickness). The results reveal the basic parameters of the drum have a significant effect on the vibration response, which can also cause the dynamics features of the rotor system change. Moreover, the model developed helps to analyze the dynamics of the drum.
