Electrochemical oxidation of niobium in NaNO3-KNO3 melt

摘要
Kinetics of the growth of anodic oxide films on niobium in a NaNO3-KNO3 melt (50 mol %) was studied under galvanostatic and potentiostatic process (eta, a, E, j(0)) and compositions of oxide conditions. Main kinetic parameters of the oxidation coatings were determined.
