摘要
DR control can be incorporated with traditional frequency control methods to achieve better performance. However, in the frequency measurement process, disturbances may influence the precision of measured frequency, and further influence the control performance. In this paper, a hierarchical DR control strategy is considered for the frequency control. In order to reduce the influence of detection error, a Kalman-filtering based method is proposed. At last, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the testing results.
