摘要：
Comprehensive evaluation of high-tech enterprises R&D process financial risk has great significance to intensify enterprises' R&D risk management and improve projects' final success ratio. In this paper we divide the R&D process into three stages, analyze the risk factors of every stage separately, and set up a system with evaluating indicators. Then, we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and establish two stages fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate R&D process financial risk.
