摘要：
This paper aims at providing an overview of the monitoring and controlling process, followed by analysing the monitoring and control systems in infrastructure projects in Gaza Strip. The author concludes that it is highly recommended that international management consulting firms should consider transfering know-how to Palestinian engineers to ensure that future monitoring and control systems can be effective.
