摘要：
The main idea behind this study is to introduce the fractional order grey relational degree to analyze the relationship between sci-tech input and the economic growth of China. Based on a fractional order difference operator, fractional order grey relational analysis (FGRA) is defined. The effect of different orders on grey relational analysis is discussed.
