摘要
The use of proper stable factorizations permits one to formulate and solve problems like stabilization or exact model matching with stability in a simple way. It is also a key tool to tackle robustness. In this paper, we extend this notion to the case of multi-input multi-output time-delay systems. Copyright (C) 1998 IFAC.
