摘要
Industrial logistics are determined by various strategic, tactical, operational and economics objectives in order to "optimise service level and capital commitment". The typical logistics supply chain model contains the following main elements: suppliers, manufacturers, warehouse and customers to answer questions such as where to acquire material and components, where, how and when to produce goods, where and how to store finished goods and spare parts, how and when to transport the goods, to what markets, at what level of service and costs. This paper proposes logistics concepts to simplify and accelerate the material, merchandise and information flows in industrial supply chains. Such a complex proposition can be realised only if the overall concept of the supply chain is consistently modelled. One of the main aspects to be considered is the co-ordination between physical, organisational and informational structures.
