摘要
Based on analysis of theory of customer satisfaction, by using investigation of questionnaire, the Paper confirm five level of measurement system of customer satisfaction of telecommunication including customer satisfaction of enterprise image and brand,customer satisfaction of quality service expanded of product, customer satisfaction of quality of product, customer satisfaction of talent quality service and satisfaction of care of customer and their importance. The paper researched satisfaction evaluation of Guangdong Telecommunication by empirical research.
