摘要
This paper studied the influencing factors of Quick Response ability for small and medium sized enterprise by carrying an empirical research. Customer order lead time, expediting order accept ability and system flexibility are adopted to describe enterprise Quick Response ability. Cost control ability, information system configuration, logistics condition and time management ability are summarized to describe logistics enterprise Quick Response performance. Through questionnaire survey among small and medium sized logistics enterprises, and applying structure equation model methodology, AMOS 7 software is used to examine the conceptual model and do the statistics testing for the collected data. The model fitting result indicates that enterprise cost control ability has direct impact on enterprise information system configuration and logistics condition; furthermore, information system configuration, logistics condition and time management ability are significantly related to the enterprise Quick Response ability. However, the result shows that enterprise information system configuration and time management ability do not have significant direct effect.
