摘要：
Infrared image processing is important for fault identification of high-voltage equipment. This paper studies the problem on the edge detection of infrared image. First a kind of spiking neural network is constructed, and by using the characteristics of the spiking neuron, a novel method is designed to achieve the edge detection of infrared image. Finally, some typical examples are included and corresponding experimental results show the effectiveness and advantage of the proposed method.
