摘要
The aim of the experiment was monitoring the effect of fertilization utilizing nitrification inhibitors on yield of seed of oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.). The plot-scale experiment was based in experimental year 2015/2016 in terms of agricultural cooperative in Mojmirovce. Hybrid Artoga was seeded. There was used the block method of experimental plot size of 600 m(2) in triplicate, in this experiment. It consisted of three treatments. The first treatment was unfertilized control. Treatments 2(ENSIN) and 3(DASA) were fertilized single dose of nitrogen and sulfur (160 kg.ha(-1) N and 80 kg.ha(-1) S) at growth stage BBCH 20. Nitrogen and sulfur were applied in the form of ENSIN (ANAS + nitrification inhibitors dicyandiamide and 1,2,4 triazol) at treatment 2(ENSIN) and elements in the form of ANAS (without nitrification inhibitors) at treatment 3(DASA). The lowest average yield of rapeseed 2.68 t.ha(-1) was found at unfertilized control treatment. The highest average yield of seed 3.98 t.ha(-1) was reached at treatment 2(ENSIN), where ENSIN with nitrification inhibitors was used. As for yield, there was found statistically high significant difference among treatments 2(ENSIN) and 3(DASA).
