摘要
The paper gives an analysis of current China's economic and demographic structures, revealing the necessity and urgency of universal two-child policy, which facilitates sustainability of demographic, social, and economic development. The detrimental factors are also studied based on two surveys in 2014 and 2015 respectively about the selective and universal two-child policies. Finally, suggestions are presented, learning from birth-boosting policies in European countries, Japan and Korea, as well as considering specific conditions in China.
