摘要：
The base-free reactions of 2-thiobenzothiazole, -imidazole, and -oxazole with iodomethyldimethyl(ethynyl)- and (phenyl)silanes have been studied. Depending on the reaction conditions, organosilicon acetylenic, organosilicon aromatic, or siloxane thiobenzazolium iodides and polyiodides have been synthesized and identified using the data of NMR, IR, and UV spectroscopy.
