摘要：

The damage of marine tourism resources after development is difficult to recover, affecting the return rate of local tourists. Therefore, a development and integration model of marine tourism resources based on sustainable development is proposed. A hierarchical evaluation index system for the development potential of marine tourism resources is constructed, the marine tourism resources are classified and the integration mechanism of marine tourism resources is determined. Under the premise of sustainable development, the overall competitiveness of marine tourism will be improved and the symbiotic development will be a good situation. The results of simulation experiments show that the return rate of tourists in the proposed development and integration mode is increased by 2%.
