THE ORIGINS AND CAUSES OF THE NAVAL TERRORISM

The specific 21st century information society is providing its members inexhaustible resources of knowledge and development. From this perspective, terrorism still remains a vague phenomenon, because it came from Antiquity and it seems to be haunting human society for a long time. The failure of society to remove this phenomenon should not be sought in man's inability to understand the mechanism that allowed the continuation and diversification of terrorism, but rather the lack of education and culture on the one hand and the leaders' indifference and arrogance on the other hand. Inevitably, the phenomenon of terrorism has migrated to the sea, following closely the interests of the civilized society, as history has proved it. Unfortunately, history cannot help us much in solving this problem and the efforts made so far are designed to mitigate the effects, not to annihilate the cause.
