摘要：
The Social Security System of China which combines social pooling with personal accounts will ultimately develop into multi-pillar mode in which fund-accumulation will play the main role. And the rate of return on investment has an important influence upon the efficiency of fund-accumulation. Therefore, we must plan to construct the Management & Investment System of Social Security Fund during the course of the reform of China's Social Security System.
