摘要
This study empirically examined the motives and influential factors in the process of intellectual women' job search. On the basis of the existing research, the paper expounded. these variables such as organizational commitment, work value which can influence intellectual women's career development Research framework and hypotheses were set up by combining these variables with intellectual women's career development.
