摘要：
In order to promote the development of China service outsourcing, optimize the service trade structure, push modern service industry forward, this paper first analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of China service outsourcing, and then identified the strategic positioning of China service outsourcing. On the basis of above studies, the paper proposed development strategy and several countermeasures from government, industry and enterprise level respectively to promote China service outsourcing.
