摘要
The synthesis of metal oxide nanoparticles is described in terms of precursor formation, nucleation, growth, and aging processes. The main parameters governing these processes are the solution properties, including the solvent viscosity, dielectric constant and the presence of adsorbing anions, the Solubility of the metal oxide, and the metal oxide surface energy.
