摘要：
Along with the rapid development of educational informatization, resource construction debased on the educational Blog is also become a popular way of effectively using digital resources. The educational Blog is viewed as one of a new style of informatization education, and Knowledge Management plays an important role on sharing and application of resources in the educational Blog. It can make various resources into classification, extraction, conversion and reutilization. The purpose of applying the theory and technology of Knowledge Management in the resource construction of the educational Blog is to provide a new guiding ideology and supporting technology for educational resources construction, then consequently to optimize the design process and promote the efficient application of educational and learning resources.
