摘要：
Legal interpretation, believed to be the key to the correct understanding and application of legal rules, holds an important position in today's study of law. Many perspectives were undertaken in search of the most appropriate approach to explain rules of law. Among them is linguistic, as well as non-linguistic analysis. This paper attempts to dwell on the linguistic method and aims to shed some light on the relationship between legal interpretation and legal metaphor.
