摘要
Follow-up by biological testing is now the standard of care for HIV infection. It is important for therapeutic decision-making when to start antiretroviral therapy in HIV patients or opportunists infection prevention. Viral. toad and CD4 counting permit to controlled efficiency treatment and tolerance. Drugs monitoring and resistance testing are routinely performed nowadays particularly in treatment failure. In the initial biological tests, experts recommended resistance testing and subtype determination to optimise antiretroviral treatment. (C) 2008 Elsevier Masson SAS. Taus droits reserves.
