摘要：
For the construction of new generation of smart substation, and provide technical support for the core equipment's quality control, operational maintenance and test, technical standards for the integrated disconnecting circuit breaker are established. The standard system includes a community standard and five enterprise standards. The whole process standardization of the item, method, criterion and implementation of integrated disconnecting circuit breaker is realized, providing a standard basis for its handover debugging, operation, test, evaluation and maintenance. The standard system ensures a stable application of the integrated disconnecting circuit breaker.
