The intelligent design of modeling using UML for belt conveyor

摘要
The complicated mechanical system is developing toward intelligence, integration and numeralization. The model is very important for developing complicated mechanical system. It analyzed the problems existing in the development of complicated mechanical system, proposed the fast application engineering GRAPPLE as the guiding rule for intelligent design modeling of belt conveyor, selected the unified developing process RUP to build up models for type-selection design, including static model and dynamic model, discussed the knowledge base and inference model of expert system on theory, and took UML to describe the model in Rational Rose which could show the design idea in form of software and also could build up model (demand analysis) for completing the program in following work. Using C + + Builder6. 0 as platform, it developed the calculation process for belt conveyor design, including the type-selection design of main parts, calculating the resistance of transportation section, computing the belt tension on the whole way, establishing the database etc.
